Customer service was horrible. Nobody, ever asked me did I have any questions. Nobody Acknowledge my presence when I show up for pick up. Nobody ever calls me, to tells me my car is ready. They just have the attitude as if the they don’t care. This is almost every time, I get my car serviced. I purchased my vehicle brand new from this location. I don’t feel acknowledged when I show up for pick up my vehicle. Nobody ever tells me my car is ready I always have to call them. Despite all the negative things my coworkers tell me about this location. I still come back, to this location for service, You all have no loyalty to a brand new car purchaser. I haven’t even had the vehicle a full year, yet. Horrible… More
