Jacob Rhodes, the salesperson we worked with was very good about returning calls and emails promptly. There was a wiring problem with the truck that we purchased and it took 2 weeks just to get a plug r good about returning calls and emails promptly. There was a wiring problem with the truck that we purchased and it took 2 weeks just to get a plug replaced in the trailer wiring harness. Supposedly the truck was sent to the company that installed the dump body and wiring harness for repairs and they had it for 2 weeks and probably didn't even look at the problem. Once the truck was back in your shop, it was repaired promptly. Maybe Dave White should look for a different upfitter for dump bodies. More
