The service rep was inexperienced and lack people skills. He did not follow up on his notes for having explained my situation prior to making the appointment . I came in one early morning to get my Hepa filters exchanged and to get the car alignment done. The tech/cashier at the garage driveway stated that this should take under an hour to accomplish.
