Be ready to wait. While I am satisfied with my new Trax, the customer services experience was less than excellent. The salesman left me sitting at the table for too lon While I am satisfied with my new Trax, the customer services experience was less than excellent. The salesman left me sitting at the table for too long, too many times. I watched as he put away the cars I was looking at while he left me waiting. He never offered a test drive of the Trax. I was truly ready to walk away after nearly 2 hours of waiting time. It may have been partially due to my crashing blood sugar, but I was very aggravated by this. I wonder if I would have been treated better if I had been a man.... My advice to your salesman: Brush up on your approach. Pay better attention to your female customers and be respectful of their time. The financial portion of the process was better. Adam was efficient and respectful. More
