Doing business with this dealership is guaranteed to be stressful on your part. The vehicle I just bought from them has had countless issues that have cost me upwards of $3,000. During the sale of the vehicle, many promises were made on the great condition and reliability of the vehicle, but as soon as stuff started falling apart (literally.. my muffler snapped the second I pulled off the lot), they referenced their contracts that say any words or promises they make are invalid. They kept this rhetoric even after my head gasket blew after a week, causing my new vehicle to need a complete engine replacement. They even have disclaimers that void implied warranties that are meant to protect consumers. On top of their borderline fraudulent practices, they are rude and dismissive- nobody ever answers the phone, and you’ll likely have to wait long periods of time for a simple response. The fact that they have information silos in every department makes them virtually completely unable to problem solve effectively. Doing business with them is simply not worth it, as there are plenty of credible and caring dealerships out there. The only reason I am giving them 1 star instead of 0 is because they offered to pay for half of the new engine (probably to avoid a lawsuit). Do not waste your time. More
