The service department at Dave White was excellent while my car was in for service. Since it was going to take several days for a part to arrive, Alexis set me up with a loaner(a brand new black Chevy Trax my car was in for service. Since it was going to take several days for a part to arrive, Alexis set me up with a loaner(a brand new black Chevy Trax with 4 miles on the odometer!). The entire process was seamless because the entire service department is staffed by experienced professionals. Dave White also has a shuttle service to take home customers whose cars are in for service that will take just a few hours or a day or so. Shuttle driver Roy is especially good, so if one gets him to take you home or pick you up, be prepared to be entertained. More
