7 year old battery I bought a 2013 used car from this dealership. Within 30 days of my purchase the battery died. I took the car in to Dave White's service center to mak I bought a 2013 used car from this dealership. Within 30 days of my purchase the battery died. I took the car in to Dave White's service center to make sure it wasn't anything more. They confirmed it was the battery. They also told me they couldn't tell if it was the original battery or not. They said there was no way to know. They then attempted to sell me a new battery. I said, a few times, that I couldn't believe they would sell a car with a 7 year old battery in it. I was told there was nothing they could do. I also mentioned that it was 30 days, but I guess the 30 day warranty I received meant nothing. I opted to take my car elsewhere. When I pulled in to the battery dealer, they knew right away that it was the original battery. They told me, I didn't ask. So either the service folk at DW have no idea of what they are talking about or they lied to me. Either way that is not good. This being said, the used car department did sell me a car with a 7 year old battery in it. So within 30 days of purchasing a car from here I had to pay the equivalent of 2 car payments. More

The staff was not pushy. I was happy with the way I was treated. I wasn't at the dealership for as long as I have in the past at others. Kyle, my service advisor, ordered the part so it was there when I arrived. Instead of replacing the entire unit that would have involved going inside, taking down the headlining, the technician was able the drill out the piece that was left and put the new antenna in place. A wonderful outcome! Thank you to Kyle and technicians. More
