fantastic Joshua was extremely helpful. Absolutely no pressure. We did a lot of research on what car we wanted. They had the only one in the area. After a qu Joshua was extremely helpful. Absolutely no pressure. We did a lot of research on what car we wanted. They had the only one in the area. After a quick test drive we sat down to explore what kind of options and what trade-in value we could get for our vehicle. Trade-in value was fair and there were a lot of discounts available which Joshua explored to maximize for us. After we decided it was very close to closing time. But Joshua still got the car into the detail shop, the business manager stayed late to complete the paperwork with us and we drove home with the new car even though we didn't have the title with us on the trade-in. Brought the title and extra keys for the trade-in the next morning. I have always dreaded buying a new car. This was easy and no pressure anywhere in the process. Joshua was extremely helpful. More
