Excellent customer service They make it right! I was called last week to bring my new car in to have the roof rack installed, parts were in. As I'm waiting this morning they co They make it right! I was called last week to bring my new car in to have the roof rack installed, parts were in. As I'm waiting this morning they come out to tell me they don't have the parts. Things happen. I get it. But, it's not convenient for me to go there, I work full time, live 30 minutes away, plus I have a 5 year old to take to child care. I told them I didn't know when I could come back. I left. They came and picked my car up from my work and installed my roof rack, then returned it to me. Now that's customer services and why I keep buying my cars there! Thanks for making it right Tyler!
