Scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. The first available appointment was almost 4 weeks out. I got a call from the service center to get my vin and asked if there was an earlier appointm The first available appointment was almost 4 weeks out. I got a call from the service center to get my vin and asked if there was an earlier appointment available. Receptionist rescheduled me. When I showed up for my rescheduled appointment, there was no record that it had been rescheduled. I ended up waiting 2 hours. While I was waiting I heard several employees talking in a not very professional manner. The technician came out and gave me a price for replacing my battery, which I declined. On the bottom of my receipt in the “recommended not done/ declined services” area it states that “customer states battery dead. Replace battery.” I have never had battery issues and did not state this. All around, not a good experience. More
