Trusting the additional service needed for my vehicle was necessary and not an upsell. The alignment was just completed a little over a year ago and did not notice any issues, but was told the vehicle failed necessary and not an upsell. The alignment was just completed a little over a year ago and did not notice any issues, but was told the vehicle failed the inspection. Also, that the cabin filter needed to be changed because it was dirty, but not shown the filter that was pulled. Maybe you should show your customers something like that so they can see the need was there. More
