I have paperwork with mistakes I am going to need to straighten out. You let your employees drive your used vehicles so the vehicle I purchased was given to me with less than 1/8th of a tank of gas. What an unpleasant experience. We had an appointment but when it got towed in we were told it would be a few days before anyone was going to look at it. Alexis never called u We had an appointment but when it got towed in we were told it would be a few days before anyone was going to look at it. Alexis never called us back with any status report. We were told a wire was rubbing and they put some tape on it We were told “we would know” if it didn’t. We did know- it stalled out on the highway before we got home. This department needs a major overhaul. More
