Over the phone customer service was excellent. A lot of communication, speedy service and friendly. In person customer service was not as up to par. Helped people who came in after me and when I finally spoke up for myself, the gentleman made it seem like it was nothing to care about. I get it, you're busy but a little bit of acknowledgement goes a long way. Maybe try "Hey, I'll be with you in a moment"? Other than that, it was a good experience. More

Brought our truck there to be looked at for check engine light. Told them if they needed the truck longer than a day let us know so we can rent a car. They said no need too. 1st Day they never even looked a light. Told them if they needed the truck longer than a day let us know so we can rent a car. We took the truck home and returned it in the morning. 2nd day didn’t get to the truck till 2pm would need 3 hours to check it out. Husband stranded at work for 2 hours until an Uber was available.They said they need the truck on the morning to make sure everything was ok. Day 3 the mechanic doesn’t come into work. Some other guy is gonna look at it when he comes in at 11. The service people do not call you back when they say they are going to. There have been no parts installed or ordered for the truck. I’m just wondering if it hasn’t even been looked at and that’s the plan at 11 o’clock today. No need to rent a car? We have been stranded for 3 days because everyone we talk to just started working there. More
