Over the phone customer service was excellent. A lot of communication, speedy service and friendly. In person customer service was not as up to par. Stood there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledge communication, speedy service and friendly. In person customer service was not as up to par. Stood there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The lady refused to make eye contact even though I was standing right next to her desk, waiting patiently. Helped people who came in after me and when I finally spoke up for myself, the gentleman made it seem like it was nothing to care about. I get it, you're busy but a little bit of acknowledgement goes a long way. Maybe try "Hey, I'll be with you in a moment"? Other than that, it was a good experience. More
