Dealership charged me for labor on the high output tune calibration despite GM directly stating it was included. I have spoken with GM directly and they created an escalation ticket. On 9/25/2025 I met with Jacob Rhodes, Sales Manager at Dave White Chevrolet. I had been dealing with Jacob for my previous two vehicle lease transactions. He listened to all of the features I was looking for in my new lease vehicle, and I was able to take possession of a 2026 Chevy Trailblazer RS on 9/27/2025.
