I'm good but thanks for the response. It's more of a detailed visit to help improve customer relations/service. I know beside my appointment this Wednesday, with this issue and all the issues of 3 months waiting for a title without help of the dealership i won't come back. Finally i told them to call Ohio DMV, then next day they had my title at the dealership. Multiple calls to the dealer and the bank could have been avoided. Not to mention a when buying my vehicle, it had a broken bracket on the bed cover which could be a hazard not being latched, my salesman said "if we can't fix it we'll just pitch it and sell it without". I said , well if your advertising it with the sale of the vehicle, then if you remove it you should deduct the replacement cost of it from the price. He didn't agree, which is kind of false advertising with the cover on it then. Long story short i made him order the $12 part , otherwise i was leaving the sale and going elsewhere. Surprised he'd do that over a $12 part. Also my salesman telling me "we sent the title"..turned out to be a lie! You can't send a digital copy in the mail. When i came to get the paper title i said to Jon Dunphy that he said the title was sent and he asked who told me that, i replied you did, he said no and walked away! classy
