Poor Service / Unaccommodating Was told to bring my car in early on a Saturday morning, when I got there, I was told "I didn't know you were coming" (even though I had an APPOINTMEN Was told to bring my car in early on a Saturday morning, when I got there, I was told "I didn't know you were coming" (even though I had an APPOINTMENT). Then was told they couldn't help me and it would be a very long wait. I said I would come back on Monday. Was told my car was fixed Monday afternoon and it had started acting up again Monday night. Took it back on a Wednesday and got barely any discount for my troubles of it not being fixed correctly the first time. Too much inconvenience and unclear communication. More

He knew I was pressed for time, yet he was thorough. He explained everything. He was efficient and effective. The paper work was drawn up quickly and explained. Yet I never felt rushed or pressured.
