Radio stopped working My radio went out as well as my touchscreen and On Star. I brought the car in and was told a part needed to be ordered . It came in 2 days later. But My radio went out as well as my touchscreen and On Star. I brought the car in and was told a part needed to be ordered . It came in 2 days later. But I couldn't get in to have it fixed until the next week.A day before I was to bring the car in, my car wouldn't start. I had it towed to the dealership and was able to use a courtesy car. My car wouldn't start because the radio drained the battery. All was taken care of. I dealt with Alexis and she was terrific. She was honest with me and tried to work things out for me as best as possible. I also work with Lisa to get a courtesy car. Both ladies were great. More
