No hard fast sales person tried to sell her a car. Our experience was wonderful! Crystal helped to get her financed before she even test drove a car. That showed they were interested in helping her and not just trying to get her into a loan she couldn't afford. Would definitely recommend them when my other daughter decides to get a new car!!!! Made my day I've been coming to Dave white Chevrolet for sometime now to have my car serviced. My son and I were having a bit of a rough morning and when I arrive I've been coming to Dave white Chevrolet for sometime now to have my car serviced. My son and I were having a bit of a rough morning and when I arrived I realized I missed out on my free oil change by a couple of days. I was getting meself some coffee and someone said goodmorning and asked how I was doing and I told him I was still waking up and that I missed out on my free oil change. Not realizing he worked at Dave white he makes a phone call and tells me it's free. His act of kindness completely made my day. It's not even the fact I received a free oil change but that he did something he didn't have to do. It truly reflects on the type of person he is and acts of kindness like that mean so much to people/customers. Thank you sir. More

Bad Service I’ve purchased my current and previous vehicles from Dave White. I’ve always utilized the service department to complete my routine maintenance / repa I’ve purchased my current and previous vehicles from Dave White. I’ve always utilized the service department to complete my routine maintenance / repairs. The employees that previously worked there always made sure I left satisfied. This was not the case on 10/14/19. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and requested an estimate for replacement of my spark plugs. Everything went smoothly until I got home to find out my oil was over a quart low and one of my tire lug nuts was not secured after the tire rotation. I called and spoke to the receptionist who advised to bring the vehicle back. I drove back to the dealership and the response I got was “maybe the technician was rushing and didn’t secure the lug”, and “I don’t know what happened with the oil not being topped off.” Both of those answers were totally unacceptable as I entrusted Dave White to complete a service effectively. Not only could this have caused my engine to blow but it could have caused an accident or possibly my life. Customers expect good quality service and this was not the case. I worked with Alexis whom was nice at first but became very rude once I brought the issues to her attention. I am bringing my car in on 10/18/19 for a tune up and the only reason I am utilizing Dave White is because they were able to get me right in. Alexis rudely said she will have the mechanic look over the car when I bring it in for my future appointment to make sure everything was done probably. I am very disappointed and very displeased with the service. More
