Same Day Service with a Phone Call. I called my service advisor Kyle early in the morning and left a message asking if there was a chance I could get my Silverado in for an oil change an I called my service advisor Kyle early in the morning and left a message asking if there was a chance I could get my Silverado in for an oil change and brake check sometime that day. He called back within an hour and asked me to bring it in and leave it and he'd work me in. I brought in, they gave me a ride home and they completed the oil change and brake job by middle afternoon same day. I call that great service. More

For buying a new car, I enjoyed working with the salesman Jacob Rhodes initially he got me a good deal on the car without having to waste time going back n forth on price. He also was friendly and easy to work with in getting the car we want. The poor rating is related to the car I bought which was an Equinox LT as the A/C did not work today which was our first day with the car. Spending thousands of dollars on a brand new car and to have that go out on me and get it fixed is frustrating. Car should have been inspected before getting to the dealership and even being sold by the dealership. So I’m already questioning if I bought a car that will spend half of its life in a shop and the quality of GM. Really upset that I have this bad vibe on this new car I bought. Makes me feel now I got ripped off. More
