My tire was low on my way to pick up grandkids. The employee said if I had 30 min. it would be checked as she didn't want me to drive with a donut and grandkids. Do not have vehicle back yet after over 30 days. Not good at communicating progress and following up on getting parts. I was the one calling in to find out progress . Makes it seem not important enough for an honest conversation .I had cosmetic work done on car before and did beautiful job which is why I chose to go back. Very disappointed. Was supposed to be done by Nov 10 but don’t even have final part which was mistakenly delivered someplace else on the 25th and was apparently not reordered. Hoping to get back next week More
