On 9/9/2025, I had another excellent visit with the Service Department. I was promptly greeted, upon my arrival. All of the staff that I spoke with were very professional and personable. Dealership charged me for labor on the high output tune calibration despite GM directly stating it was included. I have spoken with GM directly and they created an escalation ticket. I also have a copy of calibration despite GM directly stating it was included. I have spoken with GM directly and they created an escalation ticket.
