We came back to Dave White service department due to a bad experience with Dunn's service department. Dropped my vehicle off at Dave White to service tech named James on Thursday, told later that day, par bad experience with Dunn's service department. Dropped my vehicle off at Dave White to service tech named James on Thursday, told later that day, part wouldn't be in til Friday. Picked my car up, dropped off Friday morning. Told Friday there was a shipping issue and could be in on Monday, but would need to keep my car for the weekend. Told on Monday the part was on backorder and could be in on Tuesday. No part on Tuesday, picked up the car again. Finally told part was in, dropped off again, and car finally fixed. I understand there are issues with parts manufacturing and shipping issues but keeping my vehicle didn't make sense. Major inconvenience for me to keep my vehicle when the part wasn't even in the service department. I was also a little disappointed when they didn't check simple things as my tire pressure. If you're doing a diagnostic check, would it be so hard to add air to the tires and make sure simple things were in check? More
I was there for a oil change and was told I needed a new tire and it wouldn't be complete until 2 pm. They called at 11:30 and said it was ready.
