Everyone should shop with the best Subaru dealer in the USA From the moment we were greeted outside the front entrance, to drive any vehicle we wanted with full disclosure on each vehicle's safety record, ease From the moment we were greeted outside the front entrance, to drive any vehicle we wanted with full disclosure on each vehicle's safety record, ease of handling, new ways to enhance the drive, to a complete tour of the facility's shop and the number of years of the master technicians and the repairmen, plus the number of years for the other employees (which shows extreme loyalty from the owner to his employees and vice versa, to the willingness to find and present exactly what we had in mind and send a video showing it, to the welcome from all the staff members we encountered, we knew we had been in a class act dealership. Subaru is truly for the individual who cares about safety, reliability, good looking cars, all the bells and whistles which enhance the driving experience and the full backing and support for any issues down the road. We have never experienced the total "we take care of you and will always have your back" feeling we have with Dave Wright Subaru. We drove two hours to check them out and we are so happy we did. Swift talkers, changed numbers, Kevin was just a fast talker, talked to us for so long that we didn't want to hear it any more. When we finally went in to sign the papers for the car, they whisked them by so fast we didn't understand them, nor did we want to after listening to the salesman for so long. We were there for over 7 hours that day. Kevin's aid the car was 22k and that we were getting the car care package for free. The contract reflected 24k and 900 for the package respectively. Point is, the salesman was a regular xxxxxxx, and don't listen to anything promised and read your contract. Will not be back. More
