We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. I sit there for 2 1/2 hours the only thing that was done was it or change the problems I went down therefore we’re not fixed had a known that before I said that for 2 1/2 hours I would’ve left after the oil was it or change the problems I went down therefore we’re not fixed had a known that before I said that for 2 1/2 hours I would’ve left after the oil change. Was handed a list of stuff wrong with the vehicle that needed to be fixed. Will not come back there to continue the services. We’ll go to Walmart to get my tire fixed or replaced. Been there twice where you did not have Lugnuts or lightbulbs to fix the problem with my car. If you can’t supply the parts to fix these vehicles that you sell then don’t sell them More

Lindsey told me to come in on Tuesday (09-27)about 10 a. m. to meet the dent guy. Dent guy not there, had to come back on Wednesday(09-28) at 3:30 two trips for one service. Also on Friday, 09-23 had sched m. to meet the dent guy. Dent guy not there, had to come back on Wednesday(09-28) at 3:30 two trips for one service. Also on Friday, 09-23 had scheduled oil change and to get the tacks for my cargo mats installed from my owe me list. Oil change happened, but the tacks did not get put in till Tuesday, even though I signed for them on Friday. More

The dealership was good. I felt they played some games but, that’s pretty much the rule you expect when buying a car. Sad but true.
