I was disappointed by the finance employee’s lack of basic job knowledge. She made several numerical errors on my paperwork and gave me incorrect information about titling, liens, and registration. When I asked for clarification on the title, lien, and registration process, both Caleb and the finance rep repeatedly hid behind "I don't know" instead of taking the initiative to help. On top of that, no one disclosed that the car only came with one key, and my questions about a second key were ignored. The only highlight was Gina, the title clerk. After the staff failed to assist me, I had to take it upon myself to find and contact her directly just to get accurate answers. A little due diligence from Caleb and the finance rep would have easily pointed me to Gina in the first place, rather than leaving me to solve their lack of effort on my own. More
