David Scott Lee Buick GMC is now operated by 4th generation family member David Scott Lee, Jr. We look forward to continuing to serve the Crestview and surrounding areas with respect and honesty.
We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. I was very disappointed when I checked in at 1015 for a 1030 appointment nobody they bothered to tell me they were backed up and I ended up waiting 3 hours for an oil change. I could have had them take me 1030 appointment nobody they bothered to tell me they were backed up and I ended up waiting 3 hours for an oil change. I could have had them take me home or get a ride… Also a lady who checked in after me and had the same 1030 appointment got her car serviced before me and she still had to wait 2 hours. This is unacceptable. I never had this kind of service from the previous ownership. Customers should be given better respect. More

I have been looking for an Acadia with specific features and only one color for almost 6 months. Becca reached out to let me know they had a 2023 being delivered in a few weeks that met my needs and then s and only one color for almost 6 months. I had a trade so planned to travel there the next day (about 2 hr drive) to make the deal and then wait on car. Becca text me later that evening that the vehicle had been delivered early and it was there. I drove over the next day and worked with Justin as my sales person. He was very personable and helpful as I test drive the car twice! I bought the vehicle and love it. I had a great experience and want to thank Becca, Justin, Michael, and Caleb! More
