We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. I was very disappointed when I checked in at 1015 for a 1030 appointment nobody they bothered to tell me they were backed up and I ended up waiting 3 hours for an oil change. I could have had them take me 1030 appointment nobody they bothered to tell me they were backed up and I ended up waiting 3 hours for an oil change. I could have had them take me home or get a ride… Also a lady who checked in after me and had the same 1030 appointment got her car serviced before me and she still had to wait 2 hours. This is unacceptable. I never had this kind of service from the previous ownership. Customers should be given better respect. More

I have been looking for an Acadia with specific features and only one color for almost 6 months. Becca reached out to let me know they had a 2023 being delivered in a few weeks that met my needs and then s and only one color for almost 6 months. I had a trade so planned to travel there the next day (about 2 hr drive) to make the deal and then wait on car. Becca text me later that evening that the vehicle had been delivered early and it was there. I drove over the next day and worked with Justin as my sales person.
