I was met by Brock in a pleasant manor with no attitude or agenda. He presented the car, asked what questions I may have. Told me of the various routes for the test drive and said take it for the amount of time I needed to get a feel for the car. The car was clean and ready for my test drive. I decided to buy the car and made an offer. My offer was rejected, however the actual price was negotiated down to a number I was pleased with. No harsh negotiations were required and everything was handled professionally and politely. All the paperwork was handled by Jennifer and she was extremely friendly and informative. I had questions and both Brock and Jennifer answered my questions completely. I would recommend purchasing a car from Brock. He was informative, attentive, factual, and very easy to work with during what can be a stressful ordeal. Very clean dealership, good people, good products, and a good experience all around. More
