David Scott Lee Buick GMC is now operated by 4th generation family member David Scott Lee, Jr. We look forward to continuing to serve the Crestview and surrounding areas with respect and honesty.
We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. We are also just a short drive up Highway 85 from Niceville or from Eglin Air Force Base (Eglin AFB) Our highly trained and seasoned staff goes the extra mile to help you find the perfect new or used vehicle.

Navigation system stopped working after last service. Error message stated SD Card was removed. Was told the SD card reader was bad. Purchased new one from GM website. Brought my vehicle in on a scheduled appointment. After 3 or 4 hours, I had to call them to get a status. They told me they did a tire rotation and that wasn't able to fix my issue and it was a large After 3 or 4 hours, I had to call them to get a status. They told me they did a tire rotation and that wasn't able to fix my issue and it was a larger problem. The issue I have with this was that my car was sitting there for hours after a rotation and no one cared to call me to let me know what they have done and what would need to be worked on. This is not the first time I have dealt with this place. I will not go back. Ever! More

Jeremy as always was great,, very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, he was hospitalized, and my car service was not completed due to being overlooked by other service advisors covering for Jere helpful. Nathan was also great, vey accommodating and helpful, apologizing, and had my car service completed the next day. Jeremy and Nathan deserve 5 stars, but overall satisfaction of service I rated a 4.
