We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 10 in the morning, waited 4 hours for an oil change with no explanation. We had an issue with one of vehicles we just bought from them 14 days earlier. They picked up said vehicle and told us to come in and they will help us get into another one.
