Jeremy my normal service writer was off the day I went in to get my care service. I have always gotten great service and never felt I was being taking advantage of. Always, always tremendous, professional, courteous service. Although I would have come anyway this time, I was off the mark as to when the last maintenance for the vehicle was not charged. I thought I service. Although I would have come anyway this time, I was off the mark as to when the last maintenance for the vehicle was not charged. I thought I was covered in the maintenance contract until 60K miles or April of '24. Was surprised by the charge. Regardless, I have bought 2 vehicles from Lee Buick/GMC and have 3 vehicles serviced off and on. I appreciate your customer care. More
