I was very disappointed when I checked in at 1015 for a 1030 appointment nobody they bothered to tell me they were backed up and I ended up waiting 3 hours for an oil change. I could have had them take me 1030 appointment nobody they bothered to tell me they were backed up and I ended up waiting 3 hours for an oil change. I could have had them take me home or get a ride… Also a lady who checked in after me and had the same 1030 appointment got her car serviced before me and she still had to wait 2 hours. This is unacceptable. I never had this kind of service from the previous ownership. Customers should be given better respect. More
