This purchase was our second Chrylser Pacifica. We moved up from a 2020 Limited to a 2026 Pinnacle. Everybody involved in the tranaction treated us courteously and professionally. The vehicle we wanted to buy had not yet arrived, so they set us up with a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee loaner. Because we live 140 miles from the dealership, they offered to deliver the Pinnacle. (we opted to pick it up) More
They are not responsive to calls! I was using 3 different phone numbers. Not responsive to texts. They did respond to an email last week, but 2.5 months after i picked up the vehicle I was using 3 different phone numbers. Not responsive to texts. They did respond to an email last week, but 2.5 months after i picked up the vehicle and still I dont have the paid for rims and tires!! I had put $960.00 down on the vehicle, but was charged it was charged to my loan anyway. Fortunately, I guess, over a month later the loan had to be redone. The VIN number was off and there were 3 digits missing!!! They didn't respond to repeated calls from the loan company either! When the loan documents were redone, the lender still had to call me and them several times to get it completed. Good price for the vehicle. STILL waiting for the tires! PLEASE help!!!!! More
