We found 2 used cars that looked to be in great shape, low miles and great prices on a Monday. The next day, Tuesday, we called the dealership since we live in Texas and made sure the cars were available low miles and great prices on a Monday. The next day, Tuesday, we called the dealership since we live in Texas and made sure the cars were available and started making the deal on both cars. Everything was agreed on, but 2 days later (Thursday) the dealership increased the price of one of the cars by $2000 on the deal sheet. Luckily we had proof so the dealership honored the lower price of the car. Cashier's checks for both cars were picked up on Friday. Saturday we made the 4.5 hour drive to pick up both cars. When we arrived at the dealership, we immediately noticed one car was filthy and had a huge scuff all the way down the driver's side that was not there in the listing photos on the dealership website. It was obvious someone had recently been driving this car and there was an additional 3000 miles on the odometer than the listing showed. The Car Fax also stated there had been no accidents, but there was a huge crack in the bumper that was not disclosed. They stated the car could not be washed because of recent touch-up paint (not to the bumper but to the trunk). The touch up paint was done horribly with overspray all over the back window. There was red dirt/mud caked under the car and fender wells as well as under the hood. It should be noted that this is a "sports" car, riding very low to the ground with low profile sports tires, which should not be driven on dirt roads. We decided to go ahead and take the car after the dealer offered a small "we owe" cash offer to go towards fixing the bumper. Almost a week later, and we have yet to receive that check. The second car had a flat tire when we arrived. The salesman had to take it to a gas station to get it aired up, but it still drove with an obvious flat feel and sound. When we got home, the tire was low again so I took it to a tire shop where they found a huge nail had punctured and rubbed the side wall and had to be replaced. This should have been checked before allowing us to drive off with the car. I had to buy 2 new tires (over $500, and less than the dealer offered in the "we owe"). Then we noticed a bubble in the tire of the other car likely from hitting a pot hole on dirt roads, so we had to buy 2 new tires for that car as well (another $500). Overall, we were extremely disappointed that the dealership had obviously not gone over these cars before we arrived to pick them up. They were newer, used cars, being a 2024 and 2025 so they should have been inspected, washed and detailed especially when they had several days to do so before we showed up to buy them. Now that we put new tires on both cars, we are happy with the cars themselves, but not with this dealership at all. Highly do not recommend buying from them. More

I drove off the lot not just with a great vehicle, but with complete confidence in the decision. Highly recommended—top tier service all around. More
Bought used. Missed the failed TPMS system and front washer fluid pump bad and found out within 5 minutes of leaving so called them immediately and they said it's Missed the failed TPMS system and front washer fluid pump bad and found out within 5 minutes of leaving so called them immediately and they said it's my problem for not catching those problems during test drive and refused to help because it was as is. Also told me they would detail and give full tank of gas. Neither of those things happened. More
