Worst Place Ever. I was warned by many people not to go there but I was in a crunch, wish I would have listened. My vehicle started to have problems so I took it in to the Ford dealership and soon found out it was almost as much to fix as it was worth so I needed a new vehicle. I called David Stanley Dodge Jeep Chrysler on 29th Street in Midwest City. I spoke with an Internet sales person and filled out pre qualification online to make things as easy as possible. I spoke with them letting them know my kids would be coming with me and I needed it to be easy and quick. I was then reassured it wouldn't take long at all and that all I needed to do was pick my vehicle and finalize the paper work. I stopped by on my way to get my kids to look at the jeep I saw online. I got there and was told the information on the website was incorrect and they tried blaming it on a third party, if your company name is on it I would be making sure it was correct. I still stayed and asked about a few other jeeps the sales person and I found online together. I had to go get my kids but he said he would get the three I liked pulled up front and have them ready for me to look at when I returned with my kids. When I returned about an hour later, there were no cars waiting for me to look at so I had to speak to two more people while trying to find more cars to look at that would work for what I needed. Then I found a car that wasn't what I wanted but would work so we started the paper work part of things and it only continued to get worse. They tried to tell me that I wasn't pre approved so they would need to do that which wasn't a problem except I had written confirmation that I was already pre approved so then they take my info and submit it and said everything was good so I told them what I wanted to get out of my trade based on three other appraisals and what I was willing to pay per month. So 3 1/2 hours later by this point I am looking over the paper work with the sales manager and he is telling me what the best price they can do is but the numbers just weren't adding up. I asked a few questions and they were trying to give me $700.00 for my trade in which was appraised as it sat unfixed between 4,000.00 and 5,300.00. Something was not right so when I asked him about it he said he couldn't give me the sale price he said he could do and give me that amount for my trade. I explained that regardless of the sale price that doesn't change what my car is worth, they proceeded to say if I want what it's worth I would have to pay the regular price, so needless to say that not only was not ethical or right but I was not happy especially after wasting all that time when I was already told everything was done and it would be quick and easy. So the sales manager told me to let him see what he could do, when he came back the amount for the car was more than $100.00 over what I was willing to pay a month and made no sense seeing it wasn't some crazy expensive car, I had done my research and knew exactly what to expect when I walked in but I guess they thought they could pull a fast one on me, didn't work. So I told the guy absolutely not and he was not very kind or professional about the matter. It was definitely bad for business. I was appalled that this is the way they ran there business and can't believe they are still in business. The guy did say one thing that stuck with me, I quote " David Stanely doesn't care how we sell vehicles as long as he is number one" I was so upset I called the David Stanley Ford where my car was sitting and told them it was a terrible experience and I was going to get my car and take my business else where. There were many other things that happen that were not ethical or good business but I was trying not to write a novel. I will say that when I called I spoke with the manager named Billy at the Ford dealership and he asked me to come in and talk with him about what happen, which I did that next morning so that they could here how badly this company was run. As we talked he explained that the two are not run the same way or by the same people, owned by yes but now run, he also thought that the guy saying that about Mr. Stanley was terrible because he said he absolutely cars how each dealership is doing with his customers. So needless to say the two dealerships are nothing alike, when I walked in they listened and asked if I was willing to give them a chance to make things right. Not only was it as easy as possible but I walked in , talked about what happen, did paper work, looked at the cars that would fit my budget and work for what I needed and bought a car in half the time it took for the other dealership to waste my time with a bunch of xx. So if your looking for a car avoid David Stanley jeep Chrysler and dodge at all cost! Go down the street a little further to the Ford Dealership and they will take care of you. Billy, Todd and RT were amazing at the Ford store, I am so happy in my new car!! The best thing that can happen now is to hope David Stanley himelf reads this and takes care of a deal ship that is giving him a bad name , go in clear the place out and let the guys from ford take over. I can't submit this without putting a rating but giving one star is being way to generous. More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!! Worst buying experience I've had in my life. I'm not one to write reviews, nor be hateful, but David Stanley lied to me SO much about the car I bought Worst buying experience I've had in my life. I'm not one to write reviews, nor be hateful, but David Stanley lied to me SO much about the car I bought, the cost, the condition of the car, what they'd do, etc. I asked multiple questions with my father there as well who also asked questions, we test drove it, etc, but the issues that the car had weren't what you'd catch by driving it once. It was so messed up. $14K car spent on a car that had a list of issues (that were hidden). Also, they lied about things they'd get taken care of for me, etc. Absolutely ridiculous. They tell you WHATEVER you want to hear to sell a car, and then will completely screw you over if it benefits themselves. Also, terrible customer service afterward. They'll blow you off in a heartbeat. They're just the typical money-hungry business that cares nothing for the customer. I wouldn't waste your time with them. But if you decide to (because I didn't trust bad reviews either), don't say you weren't warned. More
