SCAM IN FINANCING I can say that for the most part expect for a few things my customer service experience was alright. I just bought my USED 2014 Dodge Avenger with 28, I can say that for the most part expect for a few things my customer service experience was alright. I just bought my USED 2014 Dodge Avenger with 28,000 miles on it and I told the sales guy that I did not need something brand new. Just at least past 2009 or 2010 because it would be cheaper on my budget. Well when I first got there the sales guy Alfred whom I made an appointment with two days in advance and told him what kind of car I wanted. Was not prepared for me. I mean at a sense but not with prices and details. Well after my husband and I telling him repeatedly what our budget was he could not match up to and now we are paying 150.00 more than our budget. Well here is the other thing I told the sales guy that my APR needs to be low. I ended up with a HIGH APR which means I am paying 12,000 in total more than my car is worth and a 60 year term. I told him I could negotiate with a 48 if necessary but NO MORE! And from the beginning I told him I was really interested in a chevy cruise or impala and possibly chryslers but that was what I wanted. Well after he checked a few things he took me out to the sales floor and showed me a DODGE AVENGER. I asked him if he had the color black and he blankly told me no. Well when walking around, I saw a black one and said how much more would that payment be? Well apparently just of the color it would be 100 plus more for the payment but I did tell him I did not want a red car. Have a red car! And that I did not feel comfortable about the red because my insurance would high rocket for the price. Well when I said that, he did his joking laugh and said, "no thats a myth, but finally after i test drove ONE car he came back and said would this deal work? Which ended up being 150 MORE than WE wanted to step and could afford. Well it wasn't until almost closing time that I finally got to the finance guy Paul, and had my paperwork typed up to find out that my PAYMENTS WERE HIGHER, AND MY APR WAS RIDICULOUS!! PLUS my car insurance high rocketed. Plus when I was financing Paul said he would try to change the term conditions so it wasn't spreed over a long period of time,, the APR conditions, and lower the payment right away and well he has NOT. Well every time I try to get a hold of him he is not there or not working with another customer. Now I am paying almost as much as my rent by 25.00 LESS. AND NOBODY WANTS TO DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE IT AND I REALLY JUST DON'T WANT THIS CAR ANYMORE!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! The only positive thing I can say is that I like this car alot! Only bought this car TWO WEEKS AGO FROM TODAY!! More

Do not go to this dealership go anywhere else but here, every car they showed me had dents, dings they tried to tell me the car that I picked out was the same car they wanted to test drive was the same which it was not, then they say opps you cant have this one the financing is to hard to go through then show you another then ...you get the idea stay away from this xxxx hole, oh and forget it they will not call you back save yourself the aggravation and just walk away.Oh wait the best part is all they want is the survey to come back with 10! That Sukai girl would did nothing but show you your car as you were leaving and she says...please make sure you give us 10's on the survey if not I will lose my job.... More

Bad Experience from Purchase to Service I'll do my best to summarize our experiences so far. My wife and I purchased two new cars in February 2014 from David Stanley Dodge in MWC. I realiz I'll do my best to summarize our experiences so far. My wife and I purchased two new cars in February 2014 from David Stanley Dodge in MWC. I realize trade-ins are a sore subject and you will never get what your car is worth. However, they began by offering $10000 less on a trade in than what they finally gave. The sales manager spent three hours trying to play a shell game with us and telling us we did not understand their paperwork and why they had to show things the way they did. We have purchased 10 cars over the last 15 years and understand the paperwork just fine. While signing the contracts, we discovered they added $2000 for no reason. The sales manager came in with a made up reason and agreed to split the difference at $1000. Next, even though the car was brand new, the UCONNECT system was already registered to someone else. It took the dealer a week to un-register the other person and they had no explanation why it was already registered. My wife has taken the car in for service now 4 times, all with an early morning appointment. The first time, they did not tighten the oil filter and it blew oil all over the car. The second time was for unusual noise and vibration in the front end. They car sat untouched for hours. Finally, a technician rode with my wife and said that Chrysler did not do a good job of sound proofing the Durangos and that is why the noise is so loud. Two months later it was back in for service for the same noise and vibration. The first technician said nothing was wrong. My wife pushed the issue and a second technician said the shocks and struts were bad. The parts were back-ordered. A month later the parts were in and my wife again took the car in with a 9 a.m. appointment. At 2 p.m. the car had not been touched and no one knew why. The service department offered to get my wife a rental car, but she sat in the lobby for an hour waiting to be picked up with no word from anyone. She finally just retrieved her keys and left. Four service calls in four months and problems with each one. Finally, they push you very hard to complete the Dealer.Rater survey while you are still in the showroom and before you sign the contracts. They hounded us at least 10 times to complete the survey before we even signed the papers. I think the whole dealership from sales to service is very shady and I would warn anyone against going there. More

Highly Unprofessional I had done the research, knew what I wanted, was well-qualified for financing and was ready to buy. It should've been easy. I set up an appointment in advance with salesperson Kelli. She didn't show. So I ended up working with Trey, who was personable but ended up insulting my 8 year old son with his ignorance. He continually asked him how tall his "Daddy" is, even as my son ignored him. When I finally told him I adopted my son (not his business but he was ridiculously persistent), he replied, "So you don't have any actual kids?" Seriously one of the most ignorant and insulting statements I've ever heard regarding adoption. Continuing on, a sales manager blatantly lied to me regarding estimated monthly payments and price structures. I have an excellent credit score and had the Dodge website pulled up with the numbers in front of me. He responded hatefully when called on his lies. Finally I walked out and apologized to my son for having exposed him to such classless and awful people. I bought a Honda Pilot from Bob Howard the next day with no problems and dealt with excellent sales and finance personnel. I will never again do business with David Stanley and the experience cost Dodge a sale as well. More
