Devastating Blow and Very Bad Management!!! Worst experience for my 20 yr old son, 1st contract signed w/ no co-sign, then they took back two weeks later!!! Poor Business Management, took 5 1/2 Worst experience for my 20 yr old son, 1st contract signed w/ no co-sign, then they took back two weeks later!!! Poor Business Management, took 5 1/2 hrs and finally got papers signed and drove off the lot, when my son went back two weeks later to make his first payment they said they had to take back because bank didn't approve, then they said they would get someone to drive them home. So heartbreaking getting a phone call from him, because he worked so hard and was so excited two weeks earlier....don't let someone sign 25 pieces of papers and let them drive off if you didn't want them to have it.... I was really nervous going in to make my purchase considering I was a woman going alone without my husband, but my sales rep Curtis Busfield was amazi I was really nervous going in to make my purchase considering I was a woman going alone without my husband, but my sales rep Curtis Busfield was amazing. He really took the time to hear me out and show me the vehicles that he thought I would be interested in based on the items I was looking for. At no time during the deal did he try and push me into something that I didn't want or like. When it came time to work out the numbers he continued to be straight laced and up front with me. I can honestly say he was the first sales rep that I have ever dealt with that I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or having the wool pulled over my eyes. I would completely recommend anyone I know to go see Curtis Busfield for their car buying needs. More
Unprofessional I will start by saying my sales man was polite and courteous. I told him what I wanted and he took the info to the sales manager. After that I was as I will start by saying my sales man was polite and courteous. I told him what I wanted and he took the info to the sales manager. After that I was asked to submit more info. Which was fine but as I told them I had an appointment to attend. My salesman returned with another person to fill out paperwork. I explained I did not want to deal with anyone else and that if interested I wud return later in the day. As I left and got into my vehicle to leave the sales manager came to my car and asked me what was the problem. I repeated what was said earlier. He he then proceeded to tell me he cud make the deal I asked for and that I shud "be a man and hold up" to my deal. Which he said after I informed him I had to speak with my wife about the deal. As any man wud I took this offensively and I followed him inside and demanded his manager and was told he was in a meeting. My voice was elevated and I used foul words. No apology was given. I was the. Take. To a man in front of the store who seemed to dismiss the behavior of your sales manager. He then said to me to " be a man and speak with him elsewhere". To which infuriated me further. He then seemed proud bragging to your other salesmen that he asked me to leave. I understand my behavior was not appropriate but for your staff to be so utterly rude and disrespectful is unacceptable. Handled correctly this situation wud never have escalated to that degree. I shall not recommend your dealership and shall inform others of this situation. More
