It was a Ford F150 from the used We dealt with the used car department and they lived up to every stereo type that a used car sales department could live up to they were shifty, sketchy and seemed to rush the sale and wanted us out the door to make the next one. A short time later my wife was in the market for a new Jeep. So we gave DS CJD another shot to rectify their past indescretions needless to say that experience was very unpleasant as well as we were bounced around from salesperson to sales person (not finance and manager but sales) we dealt with three different sales people within a two day span. I guess the other guys and gal were too busy for us. So be it we bought the Jeep and vowed to never do business there again. What happens next will blow your mind. I was driving around MWC one day and I spot this beautiful GECKO green JK nice wheels and tires ohh was she pretty so what do I do like a dummy. I stop in. Hooked again. My fault this time. We made the deal on the Jeep but what did I leave with a stripped down version of this jeep. Ugly Sahara wheels and some HANKOOK tires that look like they belong on a Range Rover not an AMERICAN BAD xxx like a Jeep. I love my Jeep and still do I will own a Jeep for the rest of my life. Not because of how DS CJD SALES DEPT treated me but because of the numerous friends I have made through our local Jeep club. Two of those being Brian Fox and Luke Steagall. Well service time comes around for our first oil change on the first Jeep and we bought the engines for life program. We think "Oh crap we have to take it to David Stanley....great how are they going to screw us again?" Once the Jeep was in the garage and we are in the lobby this guy (who I later find out to be Brian) comes up introduces himself and begins to talk to us. Like we are humans....not a walking checkbook...how can this be? I have never been treated like this at a dealership before. He stays with us the whole time the oil is being changed and tells us when it was ready and walks us to the checkout window, thanks us for our business and we depart. Ever since that connection I have had no problems telling my fellow Jeepers to take their vehicles to Brian and Luke because they care on a human level. As for the sales department. I advise them that my experiences are not as favorable. My suggestion is to retrain your sales department and get them out of the mind set of the quick sale and think about the lifetime buying power of the customer. If you can't retrain them....replace them. More
