We stopped by David Stanley Dodge to see if we could possibly get out of the mess we had gotten ourselves into. We spoke with Heather Hill and she went over and beyond to help us by working with her sales manager and finance manager to try and get us the best possible deal available. Though we were unable to get the deal done, Heather was very professional and went out of her way to try and help us when other sales people would not. Thank you!!! More
Bait and Switch I drove 4 hours to this dealership to purchase a 2013 Jeep Wrangler, we had already worked out a price, and I had looked at all of the pictures that t I drove 4 hours to this dealership to purchase a 2013 Jeep Wrangler, we had already worked out a price, and I had looked at all of the pictures that they had posted online for the vehicle, and I was happy with the product I planned on purchasing. When I arrived and began looking at the Jeep I noticed the wheels were the stock factory jeep wheels and not the upgraded ones shown in the pictures, and listed in the description. I was informed by the dealer that a week prior they sold a different jeep and the new owner wanted the premium wheels so they switched them, but "had not yet had a chance to update the online profile or pictures" and when I asked for a price reduction they informed me that it was already priced to included the loss of the nicer wheels, however when I agreed on the price before I drove 4 hours to pick up the Jeep and had multiple times asked if there was anything I should know before I came I was expecting the premium wheels. When they refused to lower the price, and I refused the accept the vehicle in its bait and switch configuration I was promptly shown the door and explained that they did not need my business. I would strongly advise anyone shop at this dealership as they are dishonest and unwilling to fix their mistakes. More

Bait & Switch When I found the RAM truck I wanted online at David Stanley I called the phone numbers listed to ensure that the "internet price" was a real price as When I found the RAM truck I wanted online at David Stanley I called the phone numbers listed to ensure that the "internet price" was a real price as I have run into multiple occaussions where it is only the price if you qualitfy for all of the rebates. I live in Wichita and wanted to ensure that if I drove to OKC I would be geting the deal as advertised. I spoke with Suki, a sales rep, who promised me that the price listed online was in fact the price and that no rebates were required. I was told "David Stanley is a volume dealer and the price offered are dealer discounted and manufacturer rebates do not come into play". At that point I requested a sales manager to be extra sure Suki was correct the advertised price was real. I reached Terry Corbin and was once again told the price was as advertised no matter what I did or didn't qualified for. I specifically asked a lot of questions about military discounts and again was told these were not figured in. Once I got to David Stanley (a 3.5 hr drive) everything changed. The price DID count on me qualifying for a trade in incentive rebate (which I did not) a Military rebate (again, did not qualify, but the sales manager thought he could cheat the system and get me that discount), a recent college grad rebate, a financing rebate, and the standard manufacturer rebate on the car changed since I was from KS instead of OK. The $27K price offered became $31K. AT that point the manager tried fast talking and funny math to convience me of the deal. This was easily my worst experience ever at a car dealer. Stay away from this dealer like they have the plague (they might!) More
