Untrustworthy and overall rude I attempted to purchase a vehicle using the advertised internet price. Suddenly the price jumped $1,600 without any form of notice and they tried to I attempted to purchase a vehicle using the advertised internet price. Suddenly the price jumped $1,600 without any form of notice and they tried to pass it off and avoid the question when I asked why the financing numbers weren't adding up. They finally told me they had raised the price because they had to put money into it to do a 125 point inspection and felt that they had to pass the price of the inspection on to the purchaser. Brian the "Used Car Sale's Manager" was extremely rude in the one interaction I had with him. They kept telling me the best deal I could get was higher than the advertised price. When I told them no they quickly stated "We just sold it anyway" within two minutes of sending me an offer. 5 days later it's still on their website at a lower price. They are a joke of a dealership and honestly I feel that they cannot be trusted. I do not know how they could have a 4.7/5 review when they treated me so poorly as a potential customer. They have lost my business forever which is too bad for them as I am a Dodge truck guy and was planning on buying a diesel from them in the future. In short, they raised the price, tried to hide it, and then lied about selling it, only to post it for cheaper. More

We drove 40 minutes to see and hopefully purchase only to be told that the car sold the very morning they called and said it was available. They are arrogant, pushy, and crooks! They would never give us a price on the car we test drove and wanted us to sign a commitment to a vehicle we never wanted or got a price for. Stay Away from this dealership! More
