This dealership is a joke. I went in to purchase a Hyundai Elantra which was listed for $14,988 a couple of days ago, to which they said the pricing online was a mistake and $16,400 was the actual pri Hyundai Elantra which was listed for $14,988 a couple of days ago, to which they said the pricing online was a mistake and $16,400 was the actual price. They refused to sell it for any less than $16,400. Seems like a scam to get customers into the door. Now, it's listed at $13,875. Probably going to tell the BBB about my experience. What a bunch of crooks. How do these people sleep at night knowing that they're running a giant scam? More

I told her I wasnt sure if she could since I still owed so much on it. Turns out she couldnt because I had put so many milrs on my car but I was ok with that because I got a car that was 5 years newer and it only went up a little bit. Kasey and everyone else there were really nice. The guy who helped her actually lives in my neighborhood haha. More
I just wanna say that David Stanley is the way to go, and you need to ask for Chris. By far the best experience I've had shopping for cars. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. you need to ask for Chris. By far the best experience I've had shopping for cars. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. More

> David Stanley Jeep in Midwest City, OK is a criminal organization. My wife and I went to buy a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit on February 1, 2014. We test drove it and loved it. We were moved around f organization. My wife and I went to buy a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit on February 1, 2014. We test drove it and loved it. We were moved around from cubical to cubical for 5 hours. They purposefully wear you out to sign what they print off without going over anything. When I got home, I got really upset for them adding $9,000 for things I did not ask for. So I felt screwed but did not do anything until they called me three weeks later. Casey, a female sales manager, left a message saying that there was a problem with the Vin number, that their paperwork was a digit short and they needed to confirm the VIN number for finance. But not to worry, the loan had been approved. So, we made an appointment with Casey for February 21st at 5pm. When we arrived, she wasn't there so they had to get another sales manager. They asked for the keys to the Jeep and I said "it is at home but here is the Vin number that I verified through my insurance company. And besides, you don't need keys to read the VIN number through the windshield". Then I said, "there are problems with the contract and I wanted them fixed". So they sat me down and told me the Vin number has been verified, but there's a problem with finance, that I was turned down. I said, "you told me on February 1st that I was approved for the loan, then three weeks later I'm not"? He said "the loan was only tentatively approved". I said "there is 700 miles on it and I'm a smoker, so now all you have is a used vehicle". He then tells me to calm down and let's work this out. I told him to take the $3,800.00, that was what they wrote down in magic marker as trade in for my 2000 Ford Explorer Sport, off the MSRP and I do not want anything else added. Then he tells me I can give you $600 trade in, I said this is xxxxxxxx that Kelly Blue book says it's worth $3,500 because it was garage kept. He said, Kelly Blue Book "does not sell cars". My wife stands up and pounds her fist on the table and says this is xxxxxxxx and left the office. I informed them that they are crooks and liars. All said and done, they added $5,000 to the MSRP to the vehicle out of thin air, stole my trade in, raised my interest rate and is supposed to give me a check for $4,000. I said get me the F@#k out of here. So now I have to pick up the check on February 25th if they don't pull something again. By the way, they lied about the Vin number, it was the same on the original contract. So it was a ploy to get the keys out of my hands before they tell me the loan didn't go through to screw me even more and my Explorer is long gone. I listened to other customers getting the same twisted lies told to them and manipulating numbers to confuse them. On February 24, 2014, Shaun from David Stanley called me to inform me that they needed my wife to sign the contract for the jeep. I told him that Terry Corbin didn't need it, that I was approved for the loan. Shaun replied that they needed it anyway. I informed him my wife, Sharlene would not step a foot into David Stanley ever again. So Shaun said he would personally bring me the contract for my wife to sign next to me at 3pm and bring me an updated paper tag, so we could leave on vacation. My wife gets a call on her cell phone from David Stanley at 3pm and he says that he will be at the house in 20 minutes. Door bell rings and I answer the door and an older gentlemen is there not Sean. He said he was a runner for the dealership. I look at the contract and find out they lied again, Now my wife is the primary signer and I am the co-signer. This is the third contract since Febuary 1st and each time they say I'm approved. I called Sean back and asked him what the xxxx is going on. I told him that he is a liar and that I will be there on February 25th to pick up a check for $4,000, that they owed me due to adding on the $5.000 to the MSRP, because I'm leaving town. If not I will fill out a police report before I leave town so David Stanley doesn't try to say that I stole the Jeep. When I return I will then seek an attorney and see if I have a case. Meanwhile, my wife and I have lost a bit of weight, she's starting to lose some hair and having anxiety attack due to to all the stress and constant lies. February 25th I called Sean, at David Stanley, on his cell phone and got no response. I then text him and said "this is Jeff Myers, where is my check since I've been approved 3 times". Ten minutes later he called and said we are approved again and while I have you on the phone, I'll call the lender and see if we can get the funds sent to our accountant and have them cut a check for $4,000.00 to you". I informed him that I was leaving for California on February 27th and was not waiting another day. Sean asked for the address of where I would be at while on vacation so he could have the check mailed there. I told him it was none of his business because I don't trust any of you sales people. I told him to mail it to my home address. He said to call Kathy, the accountant, to see if the funds can be released and picked up after I got off work, otherwise it would be sent in the mail. I called Kathy at David Stanley and she did not answer the phone at her desk nor the page. So I contacted Sean by text and said no one is answering the phone at David Stanley and asked him to check out and I'm leaving town. Got no response. When I was in the mountains, Chrysler called to inform me that we were approved. I told them that David Stanley has no business representing them or their product because of what they do to costumers. (We were told the first time that Chrysler turned us down and now roughly 27 days later, they have changed there minds and approved us?) I sent a text Sean that Chrysler said we were approved and for him to make sure that the check for $4,000.00 and a copy of the last contract is sent to my house. (The runner who came to our house said he could not give us a copy, that the dealer would have to do that.) I will seek an attorney when I get back from vacation. How do these people sleep I don't know. They need to be investigated. Jeff Myers. I will spend the rest of my days costing you bussiness More
Thomas "The Train" was extremely helpful in looking at a vehicle I saw. Although I didn't buy, He said he would contact me when he found the right vehicle I wanted. initally went to look at a dodge journey that i'd seen on there website. it however was no longer available. luckily i did find some other options i wanted to check out. (upon a visit do be prepared) seen on there website. it however was no longer available. luckily i did find some other options i wanted to check out. (upon a visit do be prepared). after specifically telling them the vehicles i was interested in they kept trying to bring me keys for other vehicles. ( they absolutely need to work on their listening skills to improve customer service.) so after our sales rep handed us of to some one else while she "checked on "matching/beating our preapproved rate with another bank she disappeared for a long while. so after test driving a couple of our options and not their picks we were ready to make a purchase. i have purchased a few cars from dealers before and this was by far the longest and most annoying process ever. there was so much time spent waiting, waiting for them to try to beat our existing rate, waiting on them getting a price, waiting on them for approval. just an insane amount of time wasted. We were very clear with where we were looking to stay with our monthly payments, but i guess that was code to the sales lady that it was time to negotiate. she went to and from the finance folks a good 3-4 times with numbers that were unacceptable per our very specific request. so finally after about 3 hrs after the test drive we had a deal. so we were off to finalize the deal with the finance dept. yet another wait, stating that these folks move at a snails pace is a gross understatement. so now a finance guy had all of our info, or so we thought. the very same questions the sales lady asked us he asked us all over again. The process could definitely be streamline if one person could help from beginning to end. he seemed a little bit tired and ready to call it a day. i had questions naturally wanted to be sure that everything the sales lady told was correct before we wrapped up the deal..... mr. finance was less than enthusiastic to answer my questions. so wrapped up the paperwork in another 2-3 hrs. the total time for purchase was 6hr. ridiculous. so the car is home and a much more relaxed environment, more time to check out all the nooks and crannies in the new car. i reach to adjust the drivers seat and surprise the handle breaks. are you kidding me. how did something like this get past the techs prior to selling of this vehicle. so quick recap 1. sales folks don't listen to customers request 2. they withhold information unless asked specifically 3. too much time spent waiting 4. poor vehicle inspections prior to sales 5. do your research and be prepared or they will try to sell you something you dont what would i purchase another vehicle from here........ not likely, nor would i refer family/friends More
