Demarco Robinson is the man. He called me and told me about the big sale that was going on and I came in and traded out of my old truck for a new one. I personally would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought a BRAND new jeep with only 28 miles on it and I have been in service several times to get things "fixed." Now I will say the sales m anyone. I bought a BRAND new jeep with only 28 miles on it and I have been in service several times to get things "fixed." Now I will say the sales manager Jason V. is amazing he will do anything for you, But now when it comes to service I have had the worst time getting anything fixed the right way. Anytime I go get something done the next day it is doing the same thing, therefore I have to take another day off to simply take my car in for them to check the same thing. I am so disappointed, I honestly regret buying my car at this location. More
This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. It went so smoothly that the car wasnt even ready for delivery becasue of how quick the process was. I know that car dealerships are known to be notorious for deception, but they took the cake here. First, after being told they could definitely put me in a car, after spending an afternoon there, we couldn' deception, but they took the cake here. First, after being told they could definitely put me in a car, after spending an afternoon there, we couldn't make a deal. Then, several days later, I get a call that if I could get a co-signer, they would not only approve my loan, they would give my co-signer a $500 bonus for signing with me. Well, I went in again and we made a deal. A day later when I went in to sign the paperwork i was told that my co-signer would only get $200 instead of the $500 (and I was promised the $500 no less than a dozen times with no stipulations other than them be willing to co-sign the loan). Not only did they go back on their word about the bonus, but they wanted an additional $2500 (and this was after signing all the agreements for the car). The worst part was how we were treated by the finance guy when we would not make a deal (Paul really gave us the cold shoulder after he was all smiles before). The whole process was nothing but deception from the time I walked through the door. I would not buy a car from them now no matter what they offered me, and i would never recommend them to anyone (not anyone that was a friend anyway!. I went out the next day and made a deal with Bob Howard (there's plenty to choose from here in Oklahoma City). They gave what they promised, and I now have a better car then what I would have drove home with from Stanley. Be very careful dealing with these guys. More

I bought several Rams in the past from other dealerships but this was a great experience at David Stanley. I will be going back for future purchases. Chade Brown was friendly and conscientious about my time but this was a great experience at David Stanley. I will be going back for future purchases. Chade Brown was friendly and conscientious about my time and requirements i needed for a vehicle. Chade showed me exactly what I was looking for without wasting time. Also, Jason Valentine is a very thoughtful manager and seems like he can handle any situation at any given time. More
they were very polite, showed us what kind of car we wanted the first time not like other dealers which brings something else and try to sell it to you. they work very hard to do the financing. the se wanted the first time not like other dealers which brings something else and try to sell it to you. they work very hard to do the financing. the service is great. if you have a problem they solve it quickly. This was the worst car buying experience ever. I called and scheduled to test drive a truck. Upon my arrival it took 30 minutes to bring the truck around because it needed gas. After my test drive I wanted and scheduled to test drive a truck. Upon my arrival it took 30 minutes to bring the truck around because it needed gas. After my test drive I wanted to look at one other vehicle. Following that, I decided to purchase the original truck I drove 40 miles to see. While looking at it one last time another sales women asked if we had the keys and then proceeded to rip the keys out of my sales reps hands. She then yelled at her customer to jump in to take it for a test drive. My rep told her I was looking at the truck and purchasing it at which point she responded, "I don't care. It's not sold yet." I was absolutely shocked by her unprofessionalism and rudeness. My rep said to go forward with the purchasing processes, which we did. Many reps were buzzing about what had happened and the rude rep quickly ran in to get her client's paperwork submitted to try to purchase the car before we could. But after the shock wore off, I realized that if that was the type of people they had running the organization then the same was probably true for their mechanics and management. This was confirmed when the highest ranking manager came to talk to me about my experience. After explaining how terrible my experience had been, he said that was the car industry and completely normal practice. He never apologized nor did he act like he cared. It is obvious management needs a crash course in proper business acumen and customer service. Unreal but I'm better off not purchasing from them. More
