I am a cash buyer. I found a used Jeep Liberty listed for 18,500 dollars on the web-site. I contacted the internet sales department and asked about the process for purchasing a vehicle at the "internet for 18,500 dollars on the web-site. I contacted the internet sales department and asked about the process for purchasing a vehicle at the "internet price." I was informed that in addition to the price there was a 465 dollar document fee. I was assured that there would be no other fees or charges. I set up an appointment and my wife and I drove to the dealership from Guthrie (about a 40 minute trip, one way) to test drive the vehicle. We liked it and offered to buy it for the internet price plus the document fee ($18,965) as previously discussed. The sales person assured me that this would be acceptable. My wife headed home and I sat down to finish the deal. Well, long story short, they tried to gouge another 1,000 dollars out of me supposedly because I was paying cash and not financing the vehicle through them. The sales person would check in with me about every 15 minutes and say "the manager is talking to the owner," or "I'm fighting for you man." Finally, after an hour of this, I walked out. My wife had to drive back from Guthrie to pick me up. The entire afternoon was a waste of time. More
We worked with Calvin and although we had a bad experience with the dealership and I don't know who is to blame, he seemed like a nice guy and treated me well. With that being said, I called about a Tahoe we saw online to make sure it was available before we left Amarillo to look at it in person on a Saturday and was told it was available. We drove down Sunday afternoon to look at it and were unable to find it on the lot so I figured somebody had just driven it home for the night. I got up Monday morning around 9 AM to make sure it was still available to test drive that afternoon around noon, whoever I spoke with (not Calvin) told me that it was. We showed up a little before noon and asked for the guy we had talked to earlier in the week about the Tahoe and he told me to hold on while he got the keys. After about 10 minutes he came back and told me that the car had been loaned out to someone else to drive while their car was being repaired. He then showed me 3 other "comparable" SUVs that were either way too high or completely not what we were looking for. I don't know whose fault it was for not letting me know the Tahoe wasn't there even a couple hours before I showed up, but it was disappointing to say the least. We drove 4 hours to look at it (along with a few others we saw online in the area) and come to find out that it wasn't even there even though I had been told it was only a few hours earlier. The inside of the used car sales part of the dealership looked like a mess anyways so I can see how things like that can happen. I would've liked to given them a chance with our business, but the only Tahoe we liked was unavailable to be seen so who knows if we would've liked it better than what we got. More

Upon entering the service center , I was met with a smile Upon entering the service center , I was met with a smile and to my surprise, Mr. Steagall recognized me from his assisting me with my last consul Upon entering the service center , I was met with a smile and to my surprise, Mr. Steagall recognized me from his assisting me with my last consult. He immediately came over and inquired as to what the problem was. He was helping someone else, but as soon as another service worker was free, he asked him to assist me in determining the issue with my vehicle. Once we found the problem, Mr. Steagalll pulled the car into the garage area and within 30 min the problem was solved. I am so grateful to him for taking the time and for his generosity while assisting me. Every time I go to this dealership, the people ( sales and service) are always so kind. That goes a long way with me. I want Mr. David Stanley to know that when I meet young people like Luke Steagall, I feel proud.. I'm a teacher!!!! My mission is to instill in children to grow up to be kind, gentle, respectful.... Luke is a great example of all those things!! Thank you Luke!!! More

I bought a new 2014 Dodge Journey today. My sales person, Chade Brown, was one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. Chade was very helpful in everyway.
