I dealt with Suki over the phone and we struck a deal. She was very friendly and I agreed to travel the 4 hours to get there. Both Ladies were very helpful and did everything possible to make the experience as painless as possible. My main concern was that the deal would be the same when I got there as it was on the phone before I began the long trip over. Much to my pleasure they didn't hassle me and try any funny business. The truck I agreed to purchase was sold to me for the same deal as agreed upon on the phone. I would highly recommend to anyone and would buy from this dealership again. More

We came to this dealership because they are the only one that had the truck we wanted in Oklahoma. We go there and the truck is advertised at $33,633 which is definitely not a bad price. They would barely budge on the price they negotiated once and that was it. So two days later after finding out that the same truck in Wichita was not much cheaper we decided to purchase the truck. The guy who helped us was Winsel and he was not very helpful and was rude. A lady named Angela from HR was very sweet and helpful though. She went outside in 20 degree weather to put my tag on the truck while Winsel watched from the inside. We took a check in for a certain amount in there on a Saturday and the truck ended up being a little over the check amount. They took the check and told us to bring a different check amount in the next week. They sent the paperwork to accounting already so when we came back on Saturday they couldnt get to it. At this point I have made the trip to MWC about 5 times. I then got a TEXT message from the guy in financing that my check was already sent to the bank and it was processed already for the incorrect amount. I have to put a review on the website because I was never sent a survey from the beginning like they said I would. The absolute worst service I have ever seen from a dealership. More
