I came to david stanley from anthony kansas after lookin at there huge selection of Ram trucks on the internet. Wichita was much closer but after seeing the prices and selection i decided it would be worth at there huge selection of Ram trucks on the internet. I started talkin with BABS on tuesday and my schedule would only allow me to make the trip on thursday which was her day off so she was nice enough to come meet me on her day off. She found exactly the specs i wanted in my new truck and was very patient and very informative as i looked at trucks for several hours . I never felt rushed or pressured. I was in contact with the internet department, and made an appointment to view a Nissan Pathfinder at 2:30 in the afternoon. When I arrived for my appointment, the salesman went to get the keys, and we he an appointment to view a Nissan Pathfinder at 2:30 in the afternoon. When I arrived for my appointment, the salesman went to get the keys, and we headed to the parking lot. He located what appeared to be the vehicle we had discussed then said it was not the vehicle, and he didn't know where the vehicle was. We went back into the sales office, which was loud, dirty, and had no professional atmosphere, and he checked and said the vehicle had been sold the night before. I had spoken with him the morning of my appointment, and he said nothing about the vehicle being sold. At that point two salespeople began to try to get me interested in various other vehicles on the lot. After an hour or so of these tactics, I again told them that I was not interested, and was ready to leave. They then said they needed me to speak with a manager or they would be in trouble. The manager said that he would find me the vehicle I was looking for at one of their other locations. There was no other vehicle that fit my specifications, yet they continued to stall and try to sell me something else. Two days after they said the vehicle was sold, it is still listed on the several websites. I will never return to this dealership, and certainly would not recommend it to anyone. BEWARE!! More
