I was in contact with the internet department, and made an appointment to view a Nissan Pathfinder at 2:30 in the afternoon. When I arrived for my appointment, the salesman went to get the keys, and we he an appointment to view a Nissan Pathfinder at 2:30 in the afternoon. When I arrived for my appointment, the salesman went to get the keys, and we headed to the parking lot. He located what appeared to be the vehicle we had discussed then said it was not the vehicle, and he didn't know where the vehicle was. We went back into the sales office, which was loud, dirty, and had no professional atmosphere, and he checked and said the vehicle had been sold the night before. I had spoken with him the morning of my appointment, and he said nothing about the vehicle being sold. At that point two salespeople began to try to get me interested in various other vehicles on the lot. After an hour or so of these tactics, I again told them that I was not interested, and was ready to leave. They then said they needed me to speak with a manager or they would be in trouble. The manager said that he would find me the vehicle I was looking for at one of their other locations. There was no other vehicle that fit my specifications, yet they continued to stall and try to sell me something else. Two days after they said the vehicle was sold, it is still listed on the several websites. I will never return to this dealership, and certainly would not recommend it to anyone. BEWARE!! More

We purchased a 2014 3/4 ton, 4x4 Ram on 1/7/14 from the Dodge dealership in Midwest City. The last 5 Trks we had bought through D S on I-240. After having a recall & much work done on our 07 dodge @ MWC dealership we were sold on MWC. James in Service was outstanding! He sold us on this place.. McKinzie was next contact, while she was very new, she was pleasant & got us the help needed through her mgr, Casey. I had to mention all because the professionalism, & friendliness was wonderful. Then comes Sam McKinley, now that is a salesman that is great. Makes you feel you're the priority! He's informative, very helpful & professional. Jason got involved for negotiating ( which is always @ hand) he was not one that wrote 3 inch numbers, like you can't see. He was very professional, & pleasant. Novauna was the one @ the last. She went over everything, the owner's information, the trk itself. She covered it all & very well. She is perfect in her position & does an outstanding job. I guess the only person that is unfriendly & has mastered a look that is between angry, unhappy?? Well, Praise the Lord they don't have to depend on him for sales. I'm sure he's a wonderful man, but no P R skills at all. Guess that's why he has such an outstanding crew..They do it all very well..Hmm! I guess that's a sign of a smart owner! I went in on the 12th of dec 2013 just to see what my options would be with sales rep Shawn Archer only to find out after the fact that I had been lied to by both Shawn Archer and Jason Murphy, I went in options would be with sales rep Shawn Archer only to find out after the fact that I had been lied to by both Shawn Archer and Jason Murphy, I went in with owing on 2 cars a pt cruiser of a pymt of 269 and a hhr of 227 montly pymts, ( the hhr was my ex fiancé s car) I knew I was upside with both cars. I just wanted to see what I could do cause I couldn't afford the combines payment of 500 a month. Well Shawn Archer got this idea if he could poss. get a deal for me to get a dodge dart (BTW I don't like dodges) and trade in my pt cruiser and roll over the hhr balance into the new car and get the payment around 400 with seeing my son help me with 150 of the new 400 a month payment, well that did interest me, I was just hindered by not knowing what may be wrong with the hhr since my ex fience didn't take great care of it. Well I then had to speak with Jason Murphy who did in the beginning have an issue with rolling the hhr pymt to the new car payment and making repairs to the hhr and I totally told him I understood, explained the whole thing with what my ex left me with and the mess. Well during that process he asked where I worked and found out his wife had to have an extraction that cost was pretty pricey since I work in a dental office and know the oral surgeons we ref to charge less that what he was charged, then he told me the price they told his wife for a partial and I gave him a number of a place that she could get one way cheaper since is wife travels in the direction of Sand Springs a lot and she could see if that was something he wanted. Well Jason Murphy left, so Shawn and I were talking and he mentioned how he got me the Evts program and I told him right then I didn't want it, Shawn told me not to worry that I got you taken care of, (little did I know that ment It will be added to your balance at the end.) Well Jason Murphy returns smiling saying I can do this deal for you, since you helped me I can help you I will personally fix what is wrong with the hhr and roll over the balance into the car loan. The parts will be cheap and you helped me so I will help you Ms Hope. I was shocked, like I said I didn't plan on making a deal that day, not with everything that had happened to me not to long ago. Jason Murphy wrote down on the paper infront of us that he was going to roll the hhr, trade in my pt, and have the service check over the hhr, that he would do a complete OH and wrote O/H on the paper and etc. He said he will change the plugs, service the transmission and do the rotors and brakes that he wanted my son to be safe going to work. Of course I was shocked I was thinking I my prayers where answered, 2 car payments brought down to 1 400 a month and my son would pay me 150 of that. Yes I signed it and proceded to the back, but when Shawn Archer brought me a smaller piece of paper it didn't say o/h etc and when I asked him he said this is the way we have to get the paper work done, trust me. Now I had Ally that is the lean holder for the hhr email me reminding me I need to schedule a payment and found out that I still owe over 5 grand to them and when I called Shawn on it he tells me we are looking into it just be patient. He don't return calls or emails. Another gentleman looked into it for me and asked Jason Murphy about it and Jason said that the deal was an and or deal. There was never an and or deal. I would never go from 2 payment of around 200 ea to one of 400 and one of 200 that don't make since, especially since my ex fiancé screwed me on the payments, plus I only owed 6 grand on my pt cruiser. All I can say is these people will lie to you to your face then turn around and lie more. I will never buy anything or refer anyone to DAVIDSTANLEYDODGE for anything. Had I known that this was to be the end result I would have kept my pt cruiser and just figured out a different way of making ends meet, now I have a 400 payment and a 227... must make them feel good to take advantage of people More
