This is my second time to buy from David Stanley Dodge and the second time to have Shawn Archer to be my salesman. He helped me deal with my current situation and was mindful to my needs. Why I will never purchase another auto at this dealership is due to their level of dishonesty. We test drove a 2012 Raptor. Liked the truck but it shook real bad. The saleslady told us they'd fix it and it is due to their level of dishonesty. We test drove a 2012 Raptor. Liked the truck but it shook real bad. The saleslady told us they'd fix it and it would be covered under the inspection which had not been done yet and she wrote it on the WE OWE form that we'd bring it back in and have the shaking fixed. After 2 weeks of run around, I finally got a hold of her and she finally scheduled me an appointment to bring the truck in to be repaired. Upon arrival she sent me home due to the storm coming in and no rental car. She told me she'd call me back to reschedule. She never did. I called back several times and it was always I will talk with service and get back with you. Finally we called back and she gave me the same speech but this time she did call back... but only to tell me that they are not going to do the inspection and won't be fixing the shaking. I told her I would not have bought the truck with it shaking and she knew this because I told her that multiple times on the day of the sale. Then she tried to tell me that well it has been 3 weeks!!! I brought the truck in wasted my gas 90 miles round trip to bring it there and she sent me home. I just want them to be honest and do what they said they would. Is that so hard? To honor your word? I will never buy another auto there again. You cant trust even what they put in writing. More

Was looking to purchase a Dodge Ram 1500 with low mileage. Found one on this dealerships website. I got the run around and eventually they claimed that the truck on the website was much different t mileage. Found one on this dealerships website. I told them they should either correct their website listing and/or remove it. 30 days later the same incorrect listing is still on the Internet. Looks like the old bait and switch. I clearly would not do business with an obviously dishonest outfit. More

My experience at David Stanley was great. My sales team done a good job of taking care of me. I drove over 4 hours from a different state to purchase my Jeep at David Stanely.
