My service experience began with the Internet Marketing salesperson, Meladee (didn't write down her last name.) She was most responsive to getting me the initial information and car info I was most inter salesperson, Meladee (didn't write down her last name.) She wasn't available on the day I needed to go in and suggested I go and ask for one of the sales managers to continue assisting me. I met Darin Redus who identified the Chrysler 300's that met my needs and took me for a test drive and informed me about all the superb features of the Chrysler 300C, that I eventually purchased. He did the appropriate follow up and I came in again and had my car appraised and agreed to a mutually agreeable price with Jason. Went back yesterday, and the car was beautifully detailed and cleaned and Darin tested everything. We found that the back right door was not in proper working order. He immediately took it into the service area and the part is ordered. He offered to allow a loaner while this repair is completed. I also introduced myself to Jim Brandt in the Service Department. He was especially helpful in giving me superb info on the warranty and various fluids that would be used exclusively for this car for maximum longevity and more importantly, what days and times were the best to come in for routine maintenance. Novauna Huston gave the all important basic tour of the incredible technology available on the 300C, synced my phone an gave me a tour of all the touch screen info. She was very careful to suggest that I view the DVD, which I have done (everyone should do this......for sure) and I also downloaded the app to my phone of further info. Everyone I encountered at David Stanley was most professional and courteous (even other salespeople that when I told them I was waiting for Darin, they asked if they could offer coffee, etc.... "going out of their way to help any customer....most appreciated. I am a realtor and will be going on our specific OKC Realtor Facebook page to acknowledge this excellent service and to remind them that the National Association of Realtors offers a $500 allowance on new Chryslers, Jeeps, Dodge, PLUS two years of no cost oil changes. I was shopping on the internet on Auto Trader and Kelly Blue Book for a low mileage Blue or Red Dodge Avenger in the $16000 range and found listed there for $15,390. I talked to Ryan first and asked if they could find out if heated seats could be added. He didn't call back so 2 days so called back and talked to Carla and she researched the heated seats. She calls back the next day and said they weren't available. I decided it was a good price on the Avenger so told her I was coming down from Coffeyville, Kansas the next day to see the advertised car. She even called me at noon that day wanting to know when I was arriving and I was in Tulsa then which is 2 hours from Midwest City,Ok. I get to the dealership and Carla took me into a cubicle to talk to me. She said the car wasn't there and was sold in May. WHAT!!! She had ample time to look for it and get back to me before I drove 200 miles. They tried to find me another one but didn't have what I was looking for and brought me over to new ones that have hail damage. They could sell me one of them for $16000. No way would I buy anything from them. They did the old BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM on me. I had just had ankle surgery and shouldn't have been in a car that long and they knew this from the beginning. Do not waste your time on these scam artist. More

This was first experience with a car dealer in Oklahoma. All the people I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. My sales person was Shawn Archer who was knowledgeable and friendly.
