I had decided to leave and was headed to my car, when a salesperson called out from behind me to ask if I needed assistance. He said he would help and turned a very bad experience into a very positive one. Deandre' Brown was very skilled at listening to what my needs were and when he said a process would only take a few minutes, he kept his word. He made sure I was always being moved along in the sales process. He really changed my opinion of the dealership and more importantly, earned my business.
