This was by far the worst attempted car buying experience we have ever encountered. This sales manager (official title unknown, he wasn't our original salesman) was extremely rude, condescending and unreason we have ever encountered. This sales manager (official title unknown, he wasn't our original salesman) was extremely rude, condescending and unreasonable. After insulting us, our offer for used vehicle, credit worthiness (which is excellent) he proceeded to RAISE the price of the vehicle from that which was posted on the internet. After an exceptionally unprofessional verbal altercation we asked to speak to his manager. While walking outside at least three other individuals after hearing the conversation, also chose to leave. The internet sales manager and one other sort of manager were both apologetic but unwilling to make any efforts to maintain our business. We have bought and sold many vehicles and this was by far the worst experience of them all. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, nor will we ever return. More

I had actually decided on a purchase from another dealership but after reflecting on the experience with the staff I decided to stop by David Stanley. I was also pleased with the finance department. I was contacted by the finance rep (I can't recall his name) letting me know he had actually found a better interest rate for me.
