I've had to take my 2012 Ram truck twice since buying my new vehicle. The first time was for my first oil change, inwhich I was greeted by Mr. Luke Steagall. The second trip was for a concern that I had with the truck bed and I was also quickly taken care of by Luke. Luke has a very important job inputing and building customer workorders, it's one of the most critical positions in the service department. I was looking at the cars online. I found one I really liked so I called the dealership and got Braden to help me. He made me feel right away at ease.
