Mr Rutledge helped me and my wife on this last visit after already being in one time for the same noise however was unable to figure it out at the time. He did make a point that to give him a call or stop by without notice and will have someone come listen to the noise or ride with me or my wife. when this happened he remembered immediately and heard noise after bringing tech out there to the vehicle and then proceeded to make an appointment to fix the vehicle.
